    SyncroMSP Integration

    **Scope**

    SyncroMSP is a combined RMM and PSA platform for modern MSPs. Send new call notifications right into the Syncro platform with a quick link to the customer's record.

    Requirements

    • SyncroMSP Subdomain

    • SyncroMSP Account Token

    • Office Manager Access to Manager Portal or higher

    Obtain Security Token

    1. 1
      Within SyncroMSP click on More in the toolbar

    2. Click on Admin

    3. In the left menu click on App Center

    4. Click on the FreePBX / Asterisk card

    5. Under Required Security Token * enter a string of letters and numbers. Save this in a secure location. 6. Click Save


    Configure PBX SyncroMSP Integration First User

      In the Manager Portal, click on the Integrations item at the top menu

    2. Click on the SyncroMSP icon

    3. Under Select User select any user you wish to configure for this integration

    4. At the right, configure the following:

      Dial Configuration:  1. On Ring will perform the call popup as soon as your device is ringing. 2. On Answer will perform the call popup as soon as you answer the call

      Subdomain: Enter only the subdomain of your SyncroMSP instance. For example: mspdemo122921.syncromsp.com would be mspdemo122921

      NOTE: If you have enabled HIPAA compliance, include your subdomain.shield in this field.

      Token: Enter the token you recorded from the first section

      Enabled: Change to Enabled for any user you wish the popup to work for.

      Click Save


    Configure Additional Users

    For additional users you only need to select the user, select Enabled, and click Save. You will see a checkbox next to each enabled user.


    How to Use

    When you receive or answer a call (per your configuration), we will send a notification to your SyncroMSP instance. Inside SyncroMSP you will see a popup with the customer name and any tickets associated. It will match based on the 10 digit caller ID.
