    RepairShopr Integration

    **Scope**

    RepairShopr is a CRM platform created for repair shops. This article covers sending new call notifications right into the RepairShopr platform with a quick link to the customer's record.

    Requirements

    • RepairShopr Subdomain

    • RepairShopr Account Token

    • Office Manager Access to Manager Portal

    Obtain Security Token

      Log into RepairShopr and navigate to App Center

      Click on the FreePBX/ Asterisk card

      Under Required Security Token *, enter a string of letters and numbers. Save this in a secure location.

      Click Save

    Configure the First PBX RepairShopr Integration User

      Log into the Manager Portal and select Integrations in the top menu

      Select RepairShopr from the list of integrations

      Select the user you wish to configure the integration for under Select User

      On the right, configure the following:

      Dial Configuration:  1. On Ring will perform the call popup as soon as your device is ringing. 2. On Answer will perform the call popup as soon as you answer the call

      Subdomain: Enter only the subdomain of your RepairShopr instance. For example: mspdemo122921.repairshopr.com would be mspdemo122921

      Token: Enter the token you recorded from the first section

      Enabled: Change to Enabled for any user you wish the popup to work for.

      Click Save

    Configure Additional Users

    For additional users you only need to select the user, select Enabled, and click Save. You will see a checkbox next to each enabled user.


    How to Use

    When you receive or answer a call (per your configuration), we will send a notification to your RepairShopr instance. Inside RepairShopr, you will see a popup with the customer name that takes you to their company account. It will match based on the 10 digit caller ID.
