    ### Scope

    The following article outlines how to Tragofone app extensions not registering.

    Requirements

    • Access to the Tragofone Management Portal

      Log into the Tragofone Management Portal

      Navigate to Customer

    3. 3

      Click on the search bar and search for the domain name using the Name field.

    4. 4

      Select the Customer Login icon under action to enter the customer account.

    5. 5

      Now from the left-hand menu, select User

    6. 6

      Locate the user by extension and select the Trash/Delete icon

    7. 7

      Once completed, have the user log out and log back into the branded CloudieConnect app and confirm registration is successful.

      If unsuccessful, please contact support with logs from the app.
