Install Progressive Web App for SNAPmobile Web

The SNAPMobile Web - PWA (Progressive Web Application) allows users to install a standalone webphone to be used without requiring to open the manager portal to open the webphone.

Requirements

• Access to the Manager Portal
• Basic User or higher user scope
• Supported OS'

***While the PWA applet supports incoming call push notifications, due to a limitation of the Apple OSx software, Google Chrome is required to be running for the alerts to operate as expected for Mac devices.

   Log in to the Manager Portal

   From the top menu, select Apps > SNAPMobile Web

3. Select the download icon in the address bar

4. Click Install

5. The SNAPMobile Web - PWA will now launch and can be used as normal.

6. The app will then appear as a desktop and start menu icon which can be opened without needing to access the browser
