Add TeamMate to Trust Traffic List

This article outlines how to add TeamMate to the trusted traffic list. This is a prerequisite to configure Microsoft Teams. A full list of prerequisites can be found in the TeamMate Connector Configuration Steps.

• Global admin access to https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/

   Log in to Microsoft Admin Center

   Navigate to Locations > Network Topology

   Select Trusted IPs and click Add

   Complete the following fields for the first IP:

   1. 1
      IP Version: IPv4
   2. 2
      IP Address: 23.96.35.127
   3. 3
      Network Range: 32
   4. 4
      Description: TeamMate Connector Media IP

   Click Apply

   

6. 6

   Click Add again and complete the following fields for the second IP:

   1. 1
      IP Version: IPv4
   2. 2
      IP Address: 104.45.229.220
   3. 3
      Network Range: 32
   4. 4
      Description: TeamMate Connector SIP IP

   Click Apply
