Requirements
Access to Manager Portal
Configuration Steps
- 1Using the top bar, click on Users.

- 2Click on the Edit icon next to the User you wish to modify, then select Voicemail.

- 3Scroll down to Unified Messaging and enable Send Email After Missed Call.

- 4Any email address assigned to the user's profile will now receive missed call notification emails.
