    This document outlines how to configure missed call email notifications to a user's email address.

    Requirements

    Access to Manager Portal

    Configuration Steps

      Using the top bar, click on Users.

      Click on the Edit icon next to the User you wish to modify, then select Voicemail.

      Scroll down to Unified Messaging and enable Send Email After Missed Call.

      Any email address assigned to the user's profile will now receive missed call notification emails.
