View the Private IP of a Device

This article outlines how to view the private IP of a device in the Manager Portal. NOTE: This method will not work for softphone apps such as Teams, SNAPmobile, or SNAPmobile Web.

Requirements

• Access to the Manager Portal

• Provisioned device

   Log in to the Manager Portal

   Click the Users tab

   Press the User in which the device is registered to

   Click the Phones tab
5. 5
   Hover over the IP Address and it will then show the Private IP address

6. It will show in this format once you hover over

" SIP Contact: sip:<ext>@<privateipaddress>:5060"
