**Scope:**
The following steps will allow you to configure the Zoiper softphone application for use with your hosted voice service.
Requirements:

Windows or Mac Computer

Zoiper app

SIP Credentials

Access to Manager Portal
Download Zoiper
- 1Download Zoiper on your computer.

Obtain your Domain Info
- 1Log into Manager Portal.
- 2Login Name will be your extension@yourdomain IE 1016@domainname
- 3Enter the password you entered during setup.

- 1Click on the Phones button at the top.

- 2Click the Add Phone button.

- 3Enter a letter from a through z.
- 4Note that m and wp are both reserved for SNAPmobile.
- 5Now click Add.

- 7Select the configuration button for the extension you created.

- 8Take note of the Domain/Proxy, Outbound Proxy, Username, and Password and close out the menu.

Configuration
- 1Open the Zoiper app.
- 2Enter SIP Username@domain/proxy using the information you copied early.
- 3Enter SIP Password
- 4Click Login.

- 1Enter your Domain/Proxy

- 2Click Next.
- 3Checkmark Optional Authentication and Outbound Proxy.
- 4Enter sbc.ucaasnetwork.com under Outbound Proxy.

- 5Click Next.
- 6On the next Screen, Zoiper will try to automatically detect the SIP connection for the application

- 7Click Next
- 8On the next screen, it will ask if you would like to test your audio setup, go ahead and click on SKIP if not needed, otherwise follow the onscreen prompts to test
- 9Once done you should now see that Zoiper is registered with a Green checkmark showing next to your account name
