Both eSIM and Physical SIM are available and can be used in supported devices with dual SIM.
- When using Dual-SIM your phone will use your primary SIM unless configured otherwise
-
DATA BUCKETS ASSIGNED DO NOT SEND ANY NOTIFICATIONS UPON DEPLETION - If the reseller or distributor has a group bucket, the subscriber will begin drawing from that bucket or begin incurring overage fees.
-
Once a SIM has been assigned to a subscriber (either eSIM or physical), it cannot be reused. If a new SIM is assigned to the subscriber, the old SIM must be thrown away or deleted.
-
Both eSIM and Physical SIM support the below features
- Inbound Calling
- Outbound Calling
- Extension to Extension Calling
- Inbound and Outbound SMS
- Inbound and Outbound MMS
NOTE: There is a known limitation with the Samsung Galaxy S21 where MMS can only be sent or received using the primary SIM in a dual-SIM setup
-
Mobile X outbound and inbound calls and SMS history will appear in the manager portal.
