    Requirements

    • Office Manager Access to Manager Portal or higher

      Log in to the Manager Portal.

      Navigate to Auto Attendants.

      Select the Auto Attendant to modify.

      Click the Cog icon on the right.

      Select Speech Keywords.

      Click on the desired option.

      Enter a phrase or keyword for the option and click Add.

      Continue adding keywords and phrases, clicking Add after each one. Repeat for all other options.
