    **Scope**

    This article outlines how to configure failover for a SIP trunk for use with an on-premise PBX or ATA device.

    Requirements

    1. 1
      Log in to the Manager Portal
    2. 2
      Navigate to SIP Trunks

    3. Click on the desired trunk and go to the Failover tab

    4. Set Allow Failover to Yes 5. Configure Call Forwarding for W hen busy, When offline, or When unanswered 6. Click Save
