Configure Failover for a SIP Trunk

**Scope**
This article outlines how to configure failover for a SIP trunk for use with an on-premise PBX or ATA device.
Requirements
- White Label Access to Manager Portal or higher
- Existing SIP trunk
- 1Log in to the Manager Portal
- 2Navigate to SIP Trunks
3. Click on the desired trunk and go to the Failover tab
4. Set Allow Failover to Yes
5. Configure Call Forwarding for W hen busy, When offline, or When unanswered
6. Click Save
