    Configure Holiday Routing

    This article provides a guide on how to set up holiday routing in your VoIP system to manage incoming calls during holidays and planned office closures.

    Scope

    This article outlines the process for configuring Holiday Routing. The PBX does not have a function for recurring holidays, so it is recommended to review this routing at least once per year to ensure it is configured correctly.

    Requirements

    • Office Manager Access to Manager Portal or higher

    Create Holiday Time Frame

      Log in to the Manager Portal

      Navigate to Time Frames

    3. Click Add Time Frame

    4. Set the Name to Holidays 5. Select Specific Dates or Ranges 6. Add the dates of expected closure using the + icon 7. Click Save

    Update Time of Day Routing

    1. 1
      Navigate to Inventory

    2. Click on the number to update 3. Under Select time frame for new rule, choose Holidays and click the + icon

    4. Set the Treatment and Destination 5. Drag the Holidays rule to the top 6. Click Save
