    Reset Voicemail PIN

    ### Scope

    The following steps will allow you to reset your own or other user's voicemail PIN.

    Requirements

    • Basic User access or higher to the Manager Portal

    Reset own Voicemail PIN

      Log into the Manager Portal

    2. 2

      Click on the User Profile button

    3. 3

      Scroll down until you reach the Change Voicemail PIN portion.

    4. 4

      Set your new PIN then click Save.

    5. 5

      Try accessing your voicemail and confirm if the new PIN works.


    Reset Other User's Voicemail PIN

      Log into the Manager Portal

      Click on the Users button

    3. 3

      Select the user that you would like to reset the voicemail PIN.

      In the user's profile settings, scroll down until you reach the Change Voicemail PIN portion.

    5. 5

      Set the new PIN then click Save.

    6. 6

      Have the useraccess their voicemail and confirm if the new PIN works.
