    Send a Welcome Email

    **Scope**

    The following steps will allow you to reset the user's password for portal access and reset the voicemail PIN.

    Requirements

    • Portal Access (Office Manager or Above)

    • User Name/Extension

    • User's Email Address

      Log in to the manager portal

       Click on the Users button on the top
    3. 3
      Navigate to the user who needs a password reset and click on their name
    4. 4
      Click on the Advanced tab
    5. 5
      Verify the email address is correct and click Send Welcome Email
