**Scope**
The following steps will allow you to reset the user's password for portal access and reset the voicemail PIN.
Requirements

Portal Access (Office Manager or Above)

User Name/Extension
-
User's Email Address
- 1Log in to the manager portal
- 2Click on the Users button on the top

- 3Navigate to the user who needs a password reset and click on their name
- 4Click on the Advanced tab

- 5Verify the email address is correct and click Send Welcome Email
