Add Global Username/Password to Grandstream GAPS Profile

Add Global one-time username and password to the Grandstream GAP's server profile.

• Access to Grandstream GAP's account
• Global one-time username and password provided by support.

   Log into your GAP's account here

   Select Profile Management from the left-hand menu.

   Select the desired profile you want to update.

   In the options, locate the Config HTTP/HTTPS User Name and Password fields and input the Global Username and Password accordingly.

   Click OK at the bottom of the screen.

   

Any new devices that auto-provision will use the Global one-time username and password to authenticate with the configuration server.
