    cnPilot R200/R201 Manual Configuration

    This article provides instructions for manually configuring a Cambium cnPilot R200 or R201 router to work with your Hosted PBX service. It covers obtaining SIP credentials and inputting them into the device's web interface.

    Scope:

    The following steps will allow you to configure a cnPilot R201 manually for use with your Hosted PBX service. Tested with Firmware S4.4.2-R2

    Requirements:

    • Access to cnPilot web GUI
    • Access to Manager Portal

    Obtain SIP Credentials

      Log into Manager Portal

      Navigate to Phones

      NOTE: Office Managers can navigate to Users > select the user > Phones

      Select Phone Info for the phone you wish to register.

      NOTE: You will only see the information if the phone model is set to Manual or Softphone

      Take note of the listed information.

      Click Cancel when you are finished


    Configure cnPilot R201

    1. 1

      Using any web browser navigate to the IP address of the router

      Select FXS1/FXS2 > SIP Account

    3. 3

      Configure the following fields, leaving all others default

      • Line Enable: Enable
      • Outgoing call without Registration: Disable
      • Proxy Server: Enter the Domain / Proxy
      • All ports should be 5060
      • Outbound Server: Enter the Outbound Proxy
      • Display Name: User's Name
      • Account: Enter the Username
      • Phone Number: Enter the Username
      • Password: Enter the Password

      Click Save

      Reboot Device
