Add Provisioning Profile to SRAPS
This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to add a provisioning profile to SRAPS, Snom's service for automatic device provisioning. This process is essential for directing Snom devices to the correct provisioning server and ensuring proper setup.
Scope
This article outlines how to add a provisioning profile to SRAPS. SRAPS is a service provided by Snom to allow providers to automatically provision Snom devices when they are in a factory reset state. Provisioning profiles are used to point devices to the correct provisioning URL or IP in SRAPS. For TLS Provisioning, visit HTTP Provisioning over TLS.
Requirements
- Access to Snom SRAPS portal
- URL or IP address of the provisioning server
- Global Username and Global Password provided by support

A new field should appear in the main Settings for Phones pane. Enter the provisioning URL for the phones (e.g.,

- 11
Set Authentication Scheme to On.
