Register a Yealink Handset to a Base Station

This document will show you how to register a Yealink handset to a Base Station.

Requirements:

The IP address of the Yealink Base

   Enter the IP address in a web browser.

   Enter the login information. ( If you do not know contact your vendor for more information.)

   Access your device’s web interface.

   Navigate to “ Status → Handset&VoIP” and click “ Start Registration”.

3. On the handset click the “ OK” button.

4. Navigate to “ Settings” → “ Registration” → “ Replace Base”. Select the Base you want to register and press “ OK”. 5. A serial number will appear under “ Subscribe Base”. Press “ OK” and then “ Enter PIN” (by default 0000). 6. Click “ Done” to successfully subscribe the handset. 7. Once the registration is complete, the device will be visible on your device’s web interface in the “ Registered Handsets” section.

8. Repeat the above steps for each handset/sip account to be registered on the base.
