    VoIPmonitor: How to Capture a PCAP

    This article will describe how to capture a **PCAP** using **VoIPMonitor.** VoIPMonitor PCAP's are used to see the packets sent during a specific call.

    Requirements:

    • Access to Manager Portal

    • Access to VoIPMonitor

    • Wireshark

    **Download a PCAP from VoIPMonitor**

    • Locate the call you would like a PCAP for in the Manager Portal using this article: https://voipdocs.io/en/articles/174-call-history
    • On the call you selected, click the number in the QoS column. This will open VoIPMonitor.
    • Log in to VoIPMonitor when prompted. The call will show up automatically.
    • Under Commands, click PCAP.The PCAP will generate and begin to download.
    • Once the download has finished, you can open the PCAP in Wireshark.
