    Grandstream Manually Register HT813

    **Scope**

    This article details the process of manually registering any Grandstream HT8xx ATA's FXO and FXS ports.

    Requirements

    • Access to the Manager Portal
    • Access to the HT8xx's web GUI (can be accessed via IP address; steps to locate the IP can be found at the top of this KB article)
    • Device added to a user in the Manager Portal ( see Add a SIP Phone; do not add specify a model for the device)

    Locate the Registration Information

      Locate the user in the client's domain and select EditPhones

      Hover over the unregistered device and select Edit
    3. 3
      Note the Domain/ProxyOutbound Proxy, Username, and Password

    Register the Ports

      Using a web browser, navigate to the IP address of the ATA

      Log in. The default credentials are admin / admin

      Navigate to the FXS Port tab and enter in the following info:

      Primary SIP Server: Domain/Proxy

    5. 5

      Prefer Primary SIP Server: Yes

    6. 6

      Outbound Proxysbc.ucaasnetwork.com

    7. 7

      Prefer Primary Outbound Proxy: Yes

    8. 8

      SIP User ID: Username

    9. 9

      Authenticate ID: Username

    10. 10

      Authenticate Password: Password

    11. 11

      Name: Username

    12. 12

      Local SIP Port: 5060

    13. 13

      Navigate to the bottom of the page and select Update. Once the page finishes refreshing, select Apply to apply the changes.

    You should see the ATA register in the Manager Portal about 5 minutes after applying the changes. If it doesn't register automatically, try rebooting the ATA using the Reboot button. 5. Navigate to the FXO Port tab and repeat steps 1-4
