   Log into Manager Portal

   Navigate to Phones

   Note: Office Managers can navigate to Users > select the user > Phones

   Select Phone Info for the phone you wish to register.

   Note: You will only see the information if the phone model is set to Manual or Softphone.

• Phone Number: Input the Device Extension (include suffix if there's any)
• Display Name: Input a Name
• Authentication Name: Input the Username
• Authentication Password: Input the Password
• Check the boxes for Activate:  ✓
• SIP Proxy Server Address: Input the Domain/Proxy
• SIP Proxy Server Port: 5060
• Outbound Proxy Address: Input your SIP Server - sbc.ucaasnetwork.com - ATL
  • sbc-iad.ucaasnetwork.com - IAD
  • sbc-phx.ucaasnetwork.com - PHX
• Outbound Proxy Port: 0
• Realm: Input the Domain/Proxy

Apply these settings to the device and it will register.
