The following are steps for troubleshooting calls that drop after being transferred to an on-net or off-net number using the SNAPbuilder speed dial feature.
Requirements:
- Log in to the Manager Portal
- Deskphone
Identify and Remove Special Characters From Speed Dial Field
- 1Log in to the Manager Portal.
- 2Click the Inventory tab > Then click Phone Hardware > Then click on SNAPbuilderdropdown > Then click the Gear icon on the right side of the phone.

- 3Click the Speed Dial box to verify the phone number it contains has special characters.

Remove any and all special characters from the field then save and resynch.

Conclusion
Your phone will restart and resync the configuration you have made and will implement the changes to the phone which should resolve calls dropping when being transferred through SNAPbuilder Speed Dial.
