Removing users from the Mfax suppression list

Scope​

This document will show you how to remove a user from the Mfax suppression list.

Requirements:​

  • Admin account on Mfax

Removing user from the suppression list

  1. Login into Mfax.
  2. Locate the user. (You will know if a user is suppressed if it has the deny symbol on it.)
  3. Click on the gear icon to go to the settings of the user.
  4. Scroll down to email section and then click on the Delete suppression button.
