Scope:

This document outlines the default passwords for some of the most common manufacturers. The username for all of these is admin unless specified otherwise.

  • Username: admin
  • Password: admin

Grandstream​

  • Username: admin
  • Password: admin (Note: Newer phones ship with passwords printed on the bottom label.)

Polycom​

  • Username: admin
  • Password: 456

Cisco​

  • Username: cisco
  • Password: cisco / admin

RingCentral Phones​

  • Username: admin
  • Password: 1234 / admin

Vonage Phones​

  • Username: admin
  • Password: admin123

Snom​

  • Username: admin
  • Password: 0000

Algo​

  • Username: admin
  • Password: algo

CyberData​

  • Username: admin
  • Password: admin

Fanvil​

  • Username: admin
  • Password: admin

Special Notes​

The password will change after phones have been provisioned onto your Hosted PBX service. Contact support if you require access.
