Grandstream: Screen Capture

Scope:

The following steps will allow you to take screen captures from any GXP series phone.

Requirements:

This has been tested with firmware 1.0.8.50 and above.

Taking the Screenshot​
  1. Press the Hold and Menu key simultaneously to take the screenshot.
Accessing the Screenshot​
  1. Navigate to the web page of your phone.
  2. Log in with the admin credentials.
  3. From the top navigation bar mouse over Status and click on System Info.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page in the section marked Screenshot.
  5. Click on Download for each image.
