Aastra: Provisioning

Scope The following steps will allow you to remotely provision an Aastra deskphone.

Requirements

  • IP Address of phones

  • Web GUI login (default is admin/22222)

Find the IP Address of the phone​

  1. Press the Settings button on the phone
  2. Select Status
  3. Navigate to Network
  4. Note the IP address of the phone

Set the Provisioning URL​

  1. Navigate to the IP address of the phone in your web browser
  2. Enter your credentials
  3. Go to Configuration Server
  4. Fill out the following fields:

Download Protocol: HTTP HTTP Server: ndp.ucaasnetwork.com HTTP Path: cfg HTTP Port: 80

  1. Click Save
  2. Go to Reset and select Restart
