Wildix: W-PA Manual Registration
Scope
Intended Audience: WLP Partners and Tier 1 Technicians or above.
This article will go over how to manually register a Wildix W-PA System
Requirements
- Office Manager access to Manager Portal or higher.
- Access to the Wildix WebUI
Obtain SIP Credentials
- Log into Manager Portal
- Navigate to Phones
- Note: Office Managers can navigate to Users > select the user > Phones
- Note: Office Managers can navigate to Users > select the user > Phones
- Select Phone Info for the phone you wish to register.
- Note: You will only see the information if the phone model is set to Manual or Softphone.

Register Device
- Phone Number: Input the Device Extension (include suffix if there's any)
- Display Name: Input a Name
- Authentication Name: Input the Username
- Authentication Password: Input the Password
- Check the boxes for Activate: ✓
- SIP Proxy Server Address: Input the Domain/Proxy
- SIP Proxy Server Port: 5060
- Outbound Proxy Address: Input your SIP Server
- sbc.ucaasnetwork.com - ATL
- sbc-iad.ucaasnetwork.com - IAD
- sbc-phx.ucaasnetwork.com - PHX
- Outbound Proxy Port: 0
- Realm: Input the Domain/Proxy
Apply these settings to the device and it will register.
