Creating Feature Codes for TeamMate Connector

Scope:​

This document will show you how to create feature codes for TeamMate Connector.

Requirements: Access to TeamMate EPP.

Creating Feature Codes:​
  1. Navigate to Teams Management
  2. Click Add Feature Code.
  3. Input the feature code the PBX expects to see (i.e. ‘*35’ which is usually Extension Pickup).
  4. Write a label for the feature so the User will understand the purpose of the Feature Code.
  5. If the Feature requires an input – i.e. a Telephone Number, a number, or it does not (None) please specify.
  6. Select the Use Feature code in Call Control checkbox if you want the Feature Code to be available as a button within the Call Control Options Card during a call.
  7. Select Add Feature Code when ready to submit the Feature Code.
  8. Upon successful completion of Feature Code, you will be transferred to the Manage Feature Codes page and your Feature Code will be added to the grid.
