Subscription Status showing as Expired

Scope: This document will show you how to correct the issue where Subscription Status will show as expired.

Requirements: Access to TeamMate EPP.

Problem​

In Direct Routing Configuration, Licenses show up with negative numbers and the message “Expired. Renew in Admin Center”.

Solution

When you utilize “free licenses”, they eventually expire usually within a month. You are required to add licenses in order to correctly configure direct routing.
