Modify Headers for a SIP Trunk

Scope

Intended Audience: White Label Partners or higher

This article outlines how to modify SIP headers for a SIP trunk for use with an on-premise PBX or ATA device.

Requirements

• White Label Access to Manager Portal or higher
• Existing SIP trunk

1. Log in to the Manager Portal
2. Navigate to SIP Trunks
3. Click on the desired trunk and go to the Header Manipulation tab
4. The default headers will be listed for Request, To, and From. Modify these headers as needed NOTE: The host for the From header will always be the Server IP
5. Click Save
